Jeralyn Reese, Founder and Principal
Jeralyn has been working as a user experience professional for over 9 years. Prior to founding User Inspired in 2008, she worked as a user experience professional at eBay, Yahoo!, Siebel Systems, Excite@Home, Interval Research, and IDEO. Jeralyn has a reputation for fostering teamwork and common understanding of users' needs among business and user experience professionals alike. She has conducted global ethnographic research in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Jeralyn received her B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Anthropology and her M.S. from Stanford University's Mechanical Engineering Design Division. Jeralyn is an inventor on patents in the U.S., Europe, and Brazil.
